Thank you for shopping with petjop! We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please review the following guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
- Items should be in the same condition as received, unused, with all tags intact;
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
- A restocking fee of $7.99 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and cleaning of returned items;
- If your order included gifts, they must be returned with the item and remain in good condition.
As a family-run pet brand, we take product hygiene and safety very seriously. Every returned item is carefully inspected by our team to ensure it is free from hair, stains, or signs of use before being restocked. This fee helps us maintain our quality standards and ensures a safe experience for every pet household.
Return Process
- Please contact our customer service via email at petjop9@outlook.com within the return period to request a return;
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions;
- Unauthorized return packages will not be accepted;
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately after receiving it and include clear photos and your order number to speed up processing.
Refund Process
- We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect your returned items;
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days;
- Depending on your bank or payment platform, it may take additional time for the funds to appear;
