We currently offer delivery services to the following countries and regions:

• International delivery: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, EU countries, etc. (Specific country list is available on the checkout page)
Note: Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas or special countries, please refer to the checkout page for details.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

• Economy Shipping: 7-15 business days
• Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Note: The estimated delivery time does not include customs clearance delays or force majeure factors.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on item weight, volume, and destination (final amount displayed on the checkout page)
• Special Note: Recipient is responsible for duties and import taxes (some countries may pre-collect duties, please refer to logistics notifications).

4. Order Processing Time

• All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after successful payment (holidays excluded).
• Pre-order or custom items will have a specified shipping date (e.g., “shipped within 15 business days”).

5. Tracking Your Order

• After shipment, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking number and link.
• If no tracking information is received within 7 days, please contact customer service at petjop8@gmail.com.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Issues

• Package Not Delivered: If the logistics shows signed but you haven’t received the item, please contact customer service within 7 business days for assistance.
• Damaged Items: Check the outer packaging upon receipt; if damaged, take photos and refuse the package, we will reissue it free of charge.
• Incorrect Address: For returned packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, reissuing requires the customer to bear the shipping cost.
